Lucia Rudisova

Lucia Rudisova joined Britecyte in February 2025 and is the Commercial Vice President of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Prior to joining Britecyte, Lucia spent over 8 years as a Clinical Director at LightRx, a luxury medical spa group. There she had the pleasure of opening and managing multiple clinics, driving growth while enhancing patient experiences and clinical outcomes. Her passion for the beauty and wellness industry has always motivated her to create environments where clients feel valued and cared for. In addition to her time at LightRx, Lucia had the opportunity to work with other luxury brands including Estee Lauder, Luxottica, and Marcolin as a Sales Executive. These roles allowed her to build strong relationships and develop strategies that delivered top results.

 

Lucia attended the Czech Republic Institute of Nursing in Prague, Czech Republic.
